Lake Hopfensee tour
A pleasant, easy trip
A simple, but interesting tour (approx. 16 km) without ascents, which mostly runs along unpaved roads around Lake Hopfensee. There are many opportunities for a break and refreshments in the Hopfen district of Füssen.
Route
From SEESPITZ, follow the route along the northern shore of the lake until the route meets the road to Lake Alatsee. Turn left here and cross the main road. Continue along the ‘Geometerweg’ path through the foresty Wasenmoos area. After crossing the A7 motorway and leaving the forest again, you will cross the road and turn left. This leads you to the unpaved, level Lake Hopfensee circular route. After cycling around the lake, you will return to your original point of departure on the same route.
