Breitenberg (1.838 m)
Breitenberg Mountain is the Pfronten home mountain. It is also a ski resort. A new cable car provides access to the area all year round.
Starting point und route: Parking at the cable car base station at the end of town towards Reutte, access with cable car or on foot. From the summit station of Breitenbergbahn cable car to the right parallel to the chairlift and then across rugged terrain to the summit with Ostlerhütte Hut. Descent into “Enge” and the valley back to the parking lot.
Refreshments: Restaurant at the summit station, Hochalphütte, Ostlerhütte, Fallmühle Country Inn (closed on Thursday).
