The Füssen-Ziegelwies Forest Discovery Park
For young and old nature fans
The Füssen-Ziegelwies Forest Discovery Park (“Walderlebniszentrum Ziegelwies”) is only a couple of kilometres away from SEESPITZ, right by the Austrian border.
The alluvial forest path (1.5 km) has a lot of fun to offer: find different ways to cross a river, by moving along a rope suspended over the water, for example, or crossing by yourself in a small ferry. An exciting adventure playground and a musical area are located along the mountain forest path (1.7 km).
The treetop path is 480 m long and located at a height of 21 m, and it leads across a 90-metre long suspension bridge. You will have great views over the alluvial forest, the Lech river and the whole landscape from up here. Young and old nature fans alike will be excited by the exhibitions about the mountain forest, bees and many other interesting things.
